great location breakfast selection nice balcony helpful staff
the location right on the harbor was superb. the breakfast buffet had a great selection (i especially liked the pastries). our room had a nice balcony. i found the staff helpful with directions.
the soap dispensers were a bit impersonal for my taste.

amazing stay!

fantastic location very nice staff
the location proved fantastic! on-site parking offered a definite advantage, simplifying logistics greatly. the staff demonstrated very nice helpfulness, and the city created a nice experience with its fabulous restaurants.
the soap and shampoo came from dispensers. i found this a bit basic, especially when compared to other hotels i have visited. small bottles of water were complimentary, but i got charged for a large bottle i did not consume.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many restaurants.

The hotel was okay, I guess. The coffee was TERRIBLE. It tasted like it had been brewed last Tuesday. the reception staff weren't exactly winning any awards for warmth. It was more like dealing with robots programmed to say 'welcome'.

I found parking available on site. No reservation was needed. The location is EXCELLENT directly at the harbor, SO convenient. I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The staff were wonderfully cute.

bad coffee unwelcoming staff
the location was good, close to everything, and the breakfast had a decent selection of items.
The coffee tasted bad. It was just filter coffee. the reception staff was also not very cute when i arrived. i was like they could have been more friendly and helpful with information about the area. i hoped for a warmer greeting.
